For Personalisation Requests

1. Please add 5 working days to the usual delivery time for personalisation orders.

2. Personalisation CANNOT be done on the following items:

• Drawer Organisers
• Bedside Jewellery Pod
• Hanging Wash Bag
• Petite Zipped Jewellery Box
• Storage Box
• And other non-lidded layers and jewellery organisers

If you had added personalisation to any of the above, we are sorry that we are not able to personalise these items. Kindly remove the personalisation item to prevent extra charge.

3. Please indicate your initials (up to 3) in the "Special Requests/ Personalisation Initials" Box before checking out.

4. We are unable to accept more than 3 initials.

5. ".", "&" and a heart-shaped symbol count as 1 initial.

For Gift Wrapping Requests

1. Please add 2 working days to the usual delivery lead time for your order.
