Here are some of the beautifully imperfect items that you can expect to see on that day. The items are given on a first-come-first served basis. No reservation of item is allowed.
Most of these beautifully imperfect items are display pieces. There are also items with a minor scratch, a small spot, or a dent. As we are committed to service and quality excellence, we have decided that these minor imperfections are not suitable for sale. However, they are in excellent usable condition :)

1. What is "beautifully imperfect"?
Most of these beautifully imperfect items are display pieces. There are also items with a minor scratch, a small spot, or a dent. As we are committed to service and quality excellence, we have decided that these minor imperfections are not suitable for sale. However, they are in excellent usable condition :)
2. What is an "existing customer?"
Existing customers are customers who have shopped with us before on our website at www.stackerssingapore.com. We will be verifying your email address that you used for past purchases prior to entry! Please also use the same email address you used to purchase during registration as well :).
3. How many free item can an existing customer get?
Each existing customer can get 1 free item per pax.
4. Do I need to buy anything to get the free item?
No you don't have to if you are an existing customer :) Just swing by to take your free item :)
We will require you to sign an indemnity form as well when you are collecting your free item.
5. How many free items are there available?
We have 100 of them to give away!
6. Can I buy something now and be eligible for the free item?
Yes you can! So long you purchase with us from now till 29 Jan 2021, you can come to collect a free item from The Beautifully Imperfect Market.
7. What are the safety measures that you are putting in place for Covid precautions?
- There will be queue lines demarcated to stand at least 1m apart while waiting to go into the Market
- There will be temperature checks and safe entry check-in conducted at the door before going into the Market
- We will be managing the flow of people into the Market. At any time, we can only allow 8 pax in the Market.
- Each pax only has 20 minutes to pick and choose the free gift and to shop the deals so that everyone will have a chance to come in.
- For the safety of all our customers and employees, we appreciate if everyone practices civic consciousness and proper hygiene -- wear a mask at all times, wash your hands, and do not come to the market if:
1. you are running a temperature above 37 degrees
2. you are unwell
3. you have been out of Singapore in the last 14 days
4. you were in contact with anyone that was out of Singapore in the last 14 days
5. you were in contact with anyone that has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
8. Can I bring along a +1?
Yes you can! Each person is allowed to bring along a +1 maximum for the market. Just indicate in the RSVP form the number of pax you are bringing along!
9. I am an existing customer but my +1 is not. Can my +1 get a free item as well?
We are sorry but your +1 is not able to get a free item if he/she is not an existing customer. You can encourage them to buy something from now till 29 Jan 2021 to be eligible!
10. Where can I RSVP for this event?

11. Can I exchange my free item for another item should I change my mind after I leave the market?
Sorry, you are not able to do so. All the free items are non-exchangeable, non-transferrable, and non-refundable once they leave the premise.
12. Where is the Beautifully Imperfect Market held at?

13. I can't make it at 10am. Can I reserve the free item first?
Ah, we are sorry that we don't allow reservation of free items. The Free items are available at a first-come-first-serve basis.
14. I can't make it on that day. Can I get someone to collect my free item on my behalf?
We're sorry that you are not able to. Collection cannot be performed on behalf of another person.
15. I am an existing customer but I can't make it between 10am to 12pm. Can I come for the second time slot to get a free gift?
Yes, you certainly can. However do bear in mind that the free items are given on a first-come-first-serve basis. We also do not accept any reservation of items.
16. What payment mode do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master, Amex, and PayNow.
17. Do you offer gift wrapping service at the Beautifully Imperfect Market?
We do not offer on-the-spot gift wrapping services for that day.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Beautifully Imperfect Market will start on 30 Jan 2021 at 10am at 625 Aljunied Road #04-07 Singapore 389836.
2. There will be four time slots: 10am to 11am / 11am to 12:30pm for the Existing Customers and 1-2pm / 2-3pm for the General Public.
3. It is by a first come first served basis, while stocks last.
4. Each Existing Customer is only allowed to one item from the Market.
5. Each Existing Customer will be verified at the door when they reached. Temperature checks and safe entry check-in are also required at the door.
6. As the Market can only allow 8 pax in at one time, each person has only 20 minutes to shop inside the Market.
7. Item from the Beautifully Imperfect Market is to be taken in person. Collection of items cannot be performed on behalf of an existing customer.
8. Items cannot be reserved.
9. Items from the Beautifully Imperfect Market are non-exchangeable for other items or cash.
10. The Free items from the Beautifully Imperfect Market are not for sale.
11. Stackers Singapore and AGVA Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who refused to comply to the safety guidelines listed out.
12. Stackers Singapore and AGVA Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to terminate the above mentioned event without any prior notice.
