Shipping & Delivery
Yes we do! We use FedEx, DHL, and UPS for all our international orders, and the shipping fees are calculated automatically upon checkout.
Please note that the shipping fees varies depending on your location. Additionally, shipping fees worldwide currently are fluctuating on the high side due to the shortage of flights because of the COVID situation.

For Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide via FedEx, DHL, and UPS. The shipping fee is dependent on the quote we get from the courier companies and we will update you accordingly. Please note that we do not earn from the shipping fees.
The package gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service. We do not accept order cancellations upon despatch of your order.

Sat, Sun and Public Holidays: No delivery
To deliver to multiple addresses, simply make an individual order for each delivery location.

Hello! Yes, you can get your item exchanged if it meets the following conditions listed. Unfortunately, we are unable to do a refund.
Your item is qualified for an exchange when it meets these conditions:

2. The item is not used and it is in its original packaging
3. You have proof of purchase of the item, typically the receipt, so we recommend you keep your packaging and receipt for at least the first 10 days after purchase.

This is great for people with a more refined jewellery collection or for housing your daily pieces.
Our most popular size. This is perfect for jewellery collections of all sizes and with nine layer options, it is our most customisable!
Our largest jewellery box, this is ideal for those with bigger jewellery collections.
Our jewellery boxes are comprised of layers, each of which have a base that is slightly smaller than its outer walls. This allows it to sit within the lower layer creating a tight fit but leaving the upper layer able to be removed.
